Better than the "Schwarzwaldklinik".

There is not much to say about this movie: It's a quite funny spoof to German hospital shows like "Schwarzwaldklinik" which is disgusting sometimes, but entertaining all the time. At least it should be, it's not very long.

One funny scene not enough for 10 minutes

Warning: Spoilers
"Das Taschenorgan" is a 15-year-old short film written and directed by Carsten Strauch and he also plays a lead character. It's basically a parody of German medically-themed series taking place at hospitals. There have been so many already. Unfortunately, pretty much all of them are crap in terms of drama and a comedy-related approach à la "Scrubs" does not even exist. The intro with the characters was okay, nice little copycat. The rest of this short film was not really funny though. It's basically like an overlong joke, even if the final twist with the organ from the butcher was actually mildly funny. Not enough though unfortunately. I am not really familiar with the rest of the cast, but Strauch is still fairly active in film today, mostly as an actor, but occasionally also behind the camera again. I hope his more recent works are superior to this one here. Not recommended.
