This film's production history is a complete mystery. The sole known print was found by John Michael McCarthy in the back room of the Paris Adult Movie Theatre in Memphis, Tennessee in the mid-1990s. The involved personnel are also unknown, as no credits are featured.
The music used during the scenes in which Bat Pussy is riding on her Hoppity Hop is composed by Neal Hefti, most notably the track titled "Sewer Lady," and was lifted, most likely without permission, from his 1966 album, "Batman Theme and 11 Other Bat Songs," which has since been re-released on CD with additional tracks.
It is unknown where and when the video was filmed. The only clues are the Arkansas Razorbacks tattoo on Buddy's buttock, suggesting it was filmed in Arkansas, and his issue of "Screw" magazine dated September 14, 1970.
A crew member can be heard belching off-screen.
The film includes a 45-second introduction by Donn Davison, owner and manager of the Dragon Art Theatre, a pornographic drive-in in High Springs, Florida that was sold to a pastor of St. Madeleine Catholic Church in 1975.
