Well done...

Being Swiss, I may definitely tell you that the language spoken in this movie is not Swiss German, but German. Some of the actors may have a slight Swissgerman accent, though. I believe the plot is based on a book by Friedrich Glauser, entitled "Matto regiert" (Matto reigns). There is a 1947 movie, based on the same book, with the English title "Madness Rules". _____________________________

Perhaps you were looking the movie synchronized on a German channel, the original is pure swiss German except for Masek and Laduner (falsely called Laduna here), both playing foreign employees. Friedrich Glauser's book "Matto regiert" is set on movie several times, this one with a female police-officer... very well done, 9/10!
