- The whole film revolves around a vicious vengeful ghost, so there are a lot of scary "what-was-that-noise" scenes and some frights.
- The very beginning is the scariest part of the film. It may be hard to watch as Kyle runs away allowing the ghost to kill his mother.
- The Ending of the film where The Tooth Fairy has her mask knocked off is really disturbing because her face is all burnt.

- At the end of the film, Kyle shouts to the tooth fairy, "I See you bitch!" He then punches her across the face with his arm on fire, destroying her forever.
