A rabbit named Shirotabi died while in Mio's care. Mio casted a form of magic to bring the rabbit back to life, but it resulted in the rabbit going mad. Satsuki is forced to stop Shirotabi once and for all.
The "Cursed Nurse" keeps appearing in front of Keiichirou. Satsuki refuses to believe him and is in denial for personal reasons. He then sees a nightmare where his mother is taken away by the "Cursed Nurse".
Ouma is a very powerful and vengeful spirit. The battle against Ouma will be Satsuki's greatest challenge, which requires the help from all her friends, including Amanojaku.
Miyuki was supposed to go welcome her friends to the inn but she was nowhere to be found. Yuki, claiming to be Miyuki's younger sister, greets them instead. Yuki suspects Miyuki died and is now a spirit.
Construction is going on and the given detour turns out to have a haunted tunnel. Hajime visits the tunnel during a class assignment and becomes frightened.
Keita gets the lead role for the play his class is putting on. He wishes for accidents to happen so he doesn't have to perform. His wish comes true and he is sent to the hospital.
Keiichiro comes running to Satsuki with tears in his eyes again, and Satsuki decides to help Keiichirou boost his self-confidence by suggesting he enter the school's athletic event.
A doll mysteriously appears in Satsuki's house and she assumes Keiichirou had something to do with it. Satsuki begins to receive harassing phone calls from what appears to be the doll.
Satsuki helps a teacher take some boxes into the old school house's music room. She ends up alone and hears "Fur Elise". She finds out that if she hears the song four times, she will die.
