• In the original, subtitled version "Hilfe, ich bin ein Junge", a boy's rear end is briefly seen, and in a separate scene the breasts of two adult women are briefly visible, each event lasting only a second or two. In the Americanized, (very badly) dubbed version "Help I'm a Boy", these events have been cut and are not seen.

• The boy and girl who have swapped bodies experience a normal desire to return to their original selves, and they each learn something about how the other gender experiences life, and perhaps some empathy. This does not come across as anti- or pro- transgender.
