Jerry is the deputy mayor of New York while his wife, Anne, is an actress whose only roles come in TV commercials. After 30 years of marriage, they're still going strong even thought their three kids haven't lived up to their expectations. There's Daniel, who dropped out of Harvard Law to play his sax on the street; Krissy, a shrink who takes her own advice a little to seriously; and Max, a constant troublemaker. In the first episode for this proposed series, Jerry and Anne try to plan a nice quiet celebration for their wedding anniversary. Hilarity ensues.
