While filming the classroom massacre sequence, Lisa Terezakis, who plays Sweetie Honey in the film, hurt her head from being breast combated by one of the Diaper Mafia actors. The filmmakers had no experience with "breast combat" and couldn't fake it, so the actress's reaction is genuine.
At one point, the ARRI BL3 camera used to film the movie had a malfunction; so another ARRI BL3 had to be shipped in.
