Korean-style Bruceploitation

Warning: Spoilers
RETURN OF FIST OF FURY is a dull, unconnected follow-up to the Bruce Lee movie, made by some enterprising South Korean filmmakers who found their own localised Bruceploitation star. This one also features a cameo from near-enough the real deal, Bruce Le himself. The story is a mixed-up period affair in which the usual criminal bosses rake in the money and oppress the locality, leading to our hero and his allies to take the fight to them. The costumes are larger than life but the fight scenes really are sub par, and the jazzy soundtrack only serves to up the entertainment ante a little.

Lackluster

Warning: Spoilers
Too many obvious missed punches and kicks destroys the credibility of the choreography. Apparently one guy is able to kill opponents at a distance, but, only does so one time. Overall this film is tedious and uninteresting, I can not recommend.
