I have not seen this film, didn't know it existed until I caught it browsing the IMDb database. It would appear to be an industrial documentary or educational of some sort. but, I do have detailed technical information about the elevated road it speaks of. This was located on the property of Amour Meat Company at the Chicago stockyards in the early 20th century. Used to transfer supplies and equipment from one location to another, it was an "elevated" in the sense it sat about 30 feet in the air above and between the buildings of the complex. for more detailed information on this, contact me at my e-address.
