Shows the good influence of an Imp picture
deickemeyer10 October 2016
This picture, played very well by three people, shows the good influence of an Imp picture, an old film, in which Mary Pickford appears and which is called in this release, "The Wife's Desertion." In the early scenes of this picture, the poor man's wife (Miss Young) has deserted him for a second man (Mr. Shay). Eloping, their automobile breaks down and they go in to see the picture. It causes the wife's "timely repentance." Mr. Le Saint plays the poor man. The photography is very good in most scenes, but the tinting in one or two scenes does not seem so successful. The picture will make a very good filler. - The Moving Picture World, March 23, 1912
