- In an attempt to win the girl of his dreams, a savory sausage salesman at Gibson's Department Store enters the store's indoor ski jump contest.
- A department store has an indoor ski-slide for the annual contest for department store employees. Salesgirl June has two admirers: a sausage salesman in the store and the store's snooty ski instructor. The ski instructor appears to have the advantage, but the sausage salesman goes into intensive ski-training, wins the contest, and wins the girl. The Dandridge Sisters (Dorothy, Vivian and non-sister Etta Jones) do two numbers.—Les Adams <longhorn1939@suddenlink.net>
- Tommy Bradford, the sausage seller at Gibson's Department Store, can't keep his mind on work as he has his eyes on June, the ribbon counter clerk. June, in turn, only has eyes for Buddy Brooks, whom she continually watches as he practices on the store's indoor artificial ski jump course. Under his friend Schlitz's mentorship, the only way Tommy thinks he can compete for June's affections is to beat Buddy, last year's champ, at the store-sponsored ski jumping contest at the Winter Carnival, a major challenge for uncoordinated, non-skier Tommy. Tommy's boss may have some say in the matter of Tommy's ability to compete at all.—Huggo
