Hammer always comes through
headhunter4620 November 2004
The bluesy, jazzy music in this episode sets the mood and the sultry voice over projects the viewer right into the action. I have always liked Stacy Keach as Hammer, he has a smooth easy going style that grows on you before the first viewing is over. You will either be hooked by Hammer or swear to never watch another one.

In this one, Hammer is his usual, cool as a cucumber self, even under fire and he cruises through the events piecing together what really happened. Thankfully he clues us in near the end.

There is a lot of great music (if you like jazz) and several gorgeous ladies for the guys and some hunky fellas for the gals to ogle. There is enough intrigue to keep you interested, but not so much as to bog down the plot.

There are no super duper special effects or superhuman feats here, just good old fashioned, private eye, chasing down the clues stuff.

I give this one 7/10
