The test footage of Peter Sellers as Napoléon Bonaparte is from an undetermined film... possibly Stanley Kubrick's proposed 1969 film on the French emperor, which was never made. In Casino Royale (1967), Peter Sellers played Evelyn Tremble, who was supposed to impersonate James Bond. While being tested by Vesper Lynd, he was required to dress as Napoleon, which is where this footage may have come from.
The three stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame introduced by Carol Burnett are Joe E. Brown, Buster Keaton, and Jerry Lewis.
