Violence & Gore

  • (Levels 1, 4, 7) The player can play a game-within-a-game called Larry the Looter, which depicts a robber getting his head bloodily blown off by a shotgun; although in pixelated graphics.
  • In Level 3, when playing as Lisa Simpson, the player can choose to control Lisa Simpsons into kicking herons near a beach, killing them. However, there is no blood shown and there is nothing grisly but it may be offensive to those who are easily offended by animal cruelty in an absurd method.
  • The player can run over civilians with a vehicle or kick them down to the ground. However, the civilians cannot be killed and constantly attacking them will eventually alert the police.
  • Car accidents and explosions can happen.
  • The player can smash trees, telephone boxes, giant wasps and other stuff.

Profanity

  • Several alcohol references, such as Duff Beer products and some characters briefly mentioning that they are drunk.
  • There is a cheat code called "drunk mode" where the vision is distorted.
  • Brief depictions of the use of alcohol, steroids, and medications.
