- Amy Rose wears a short dress, in which her underwear can occasionally be seen.
- Rouge wears fairly revealing clothing.
Violence & Gore

- Standard Sonic-fare cartoon violence.
- Most of the time characters fight robots. Occasionally they'll fight each other, but this isn't graphic or particularly violent. Charmy Bee angrily attacks Dr. Eggman offscreen, but it's played for laughs and no one is seriously hurt.
Profanity

- In the Japanese version of the game, there is some mild swearing. Knuckles shouts out "You bastard!", and Dr. Eggman says 'damn'.
- When Knuckles punches, it sounds like he says "S**t!", but he is really saying "Shoot!".
- Amy Rose occasionally says "oh my God". The Team Chaotix theme song ends with a gong that is implied to be covering up the word 'ass'.

- There is a casino level, but there is nothing suggestive about it.

- The final boss is darker than the rest of the game. This might frighten younger players, but it isn't too horrific.

- Neo Metal Sonic, the true final boss, is pretty dark as well. Though it is not overly scary, his appearance and battle may disturb younger players.
