- There is sex scene with two vampires both completely naked and their full bodies are seen.
- A female vampire and a male vampire-lycan kiss, they remove each other's clothes, his and her bare chests are shown from the shoulders up. They have sex, and we see them completely nude from the side, his and her bare buttocks are shown, her bare breasts are partially seen, closeups of her hips and top of her pubic area, legs, arms, and his bare back. Thrusting and climaxing shown.
- A male vampire kisses and caresses a female vampire who is topless, her bare breasts are seen closeup. Another female vampire enters, visible from behind in a thong with bare buttocks shown. She straddles the women, closeup of her crotch in lace thong and then kisses the male on the back. Several very brief shots of the topless woman are shown in this scene.

- Vampires are humans whose teeth are pointed and eyes are bright blue or green; one vampire transforms when he sprouts wings, and has grey-tinged skin, a monstrous face and many pointed teeth.
- Lycans are werewolves with large jaws and teeth, that snarl, bark and bite their victims (some are more beastly than others).
- A vampire-lycan grows long pointed nails, has dark eyes, his skin is tinged dark, his face becomes mottled and his teeth pointed.
- Several vampires stand in a room, a much larger and winged vampire breaks up through the floor, the vampires shoot at it, but they are .each pierced by the sharp tips of his wings and lifted into the air; one vampire is thrown against a wall, and one is pinned against a wall and then bitten and his head is cut in half (blood pours and sprays with each blow and trickles when the vampire is bitten).
- A monstrous vampire stabs a vampire-lycan through the back with his pointed wing tips, he pulls him out of a room, they fight briefly, one is slammed onto a metal pole that impales his chest and his hand is slammed onto another metal point (there's lots of squishing and blood pouring); he is left for dead.
- A dead body becomes re-animated while snarling and transforming into a lycan, then many others follow suit and begin attacking vampires; the vampires attack back with swords, blood sprays and spurts.
- A lycan bites a vampire and pulls a chunk off (we see flesh and blood), a lycan chews the face off a vampire (blood gushes and spurts and we hear squishing.)
- A vampire cuts off the head of a transforming lycan who's in flames, another's head is cut off (we hear squishing and slashing sounds), and lycans bite several other vampires (we hear tearing and gnashing).
- A vampire opens a bodybag, finds a dead vampire with his head cut in half, he slices down he vampire's chest with a scalpel (blood trickles as we follow the blade), he pulls open the chest cavity (blood pours out of the opening), he reaches into the opening and pulls out a blood and slime-covered medallion (a lot of squishing accompanies the procedure).
- A monstrous vampire pierces another vampire and pushes her against a wall: blood drips from the wound and the monstrous vampire drinks it, while the wounded vampire shoots the monstrous vampire in the mouth, repeatedly.
- A vampire-lycan fights with a lycan: they hit and throw each other, one slams the other into a car and then tears his jaw off (we hear a crunch and see blood).
- A hybrid breaks a lycan's neck (we hear a crunch).
- A vampire fights with two lycans: she stabs one in the head and then throws the same dagger into the other (they both fall dead).
- A monstrous vampire lunges at another vampire who shoots him repeatedly: she then gets into a truck and drives away, the vampire flies into the back of the truck and fights with a vampire-lycan, kicking and punching each other; the monstrous vampire flies around the truck and crashes through the window, the driver shoots repeatedly then slams the truck and the monstrous vampire into a stone wall (we see him rolling on the road with a very bloody face and wings).
- A helicopter is pulled out of the sky and is wedged inside a cave, while the propellers continue to spin, and a vampire's hand is cut off by the blades (we see it fly off); also a vampire is thrown into the spinning blades and it is cut into many pieces (we see pieces separate, and the head falls to the floor) and a lot of blood washes around the blades.
- A vampire-lycan fights several lycans, he puts his hand through the chest of one (we hear squishing and crunching), and he tears off the jaw of another.
- A vampire lies dead on the floor with his face chewed off (we see torn edges of the wound and a large pool of blood has collected around him).
- A vampire's head is sliced in half and we see the top half slide off from the bottom half (blood and matter are visible).
- We see the aftermath of an attack on vampires in a train (one vampire is shown with a large gash on her face), and one vampire is blood-soaked and we see him being zipped into a body bag.

- A vampire flies into a barn, we hear horses whining (it sounds like screaming) as the vampire feeds, and we see one horse on its side as the vampire drinks from its neck (the horse is still breathing but whimpering).
- A vampire tells a vampire-lycan that he must feed or he will die.
- An explosive device is set and blows up a mine.
- A vampire falls through a hatch in the ground and into the ground where she hears snarling lycans in the distance.
