Image bouncing slightly.

Guns-like pie fight.

"Cracked Shots" is one of the strangest and most insane comedy shorts I've ever seen. And, if you watch it, I'm pretty sure you'll feel the same.

Today, Pinky (Tom Kennedy) is going to get his paycheck...which is important since he and his wife owe money for rent as well as a car payment. If they don't make the car payment, the company is planning on repossessing it. However, Pinky and his buddy shoot dice with the co-workers...and Pinky loses everything.

Later after he arrives home, in order to pay the rent and car payment, he takes what money he and the wife have and tries to sneak back to the Craps game. However, when he's caught by the wife, he tells her he'd heading to a trap shooting meet...and she insists on going along with him. There, he mostly cheats AND holds the shotgun in a manner which is bound to kill people! Later, when the car company guy tries to repossess the car, Pinky uses his shotgun and soon lots of folks are shooting at each other and their cars. It's really senseless and insane...and pretty irresponsible.

The first 80% of the film is pretty good. The final portion where they substitued shotguns for pies, the ensuing fight just makes no sense and is nutty...but NOT in a good way. It's pretty easy to skip this one, as you couldn't help but do better.
