Sex & Nudity

  • Some of the enemies are naked, but the sprites are too small to make out any details, hence why the game is only rated T.

Violence & Gore

  • Lots of fast, intense violence. Most of the enemies bleed when attacked.
  • Whenever you die, a large amount of blood spurts out of your character.
  • A giant bat is squished by a giant's hand. A lot of blood spurts out of the bat.
  • During one boss fight, the boss's head falls off and the boss attaches a different head. This happens again later in the fight. There is very little blood during this scene.
  • One boss is a creature with visible, detailed organs. This is probably the goriest fight in the entire game.

Profanity

  • A few uses of damn, hell, and bastard.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The action can get very intense at times.
  • Some of the monsters are very disturbing and may frighten younger players.
  • Although the game is horror themed, it's not an actual horror game. The game never tries to scare the player.
