This movie is a movie which takes place in the period of Balkan Wars. Ottoman Empire has lost its great influence over Balkans during the war and lost most of her territories, including Bulgaria. So, the Turks in Bulgaria have become a minority. Policy of Bulgar State is very cruel to minority Turks after almost 400 years of Ottoman/Turkish rule. And two Turkish lovers suffer from this violent policies. A very nationalist officer tries to prevent the felicity of those two young Turks by marrying with the girl. But girl refuses him and violence on her family starts... The movie ends by the migration of Turkish family to Eastern Thrace and with the final scene of Turkish flag, which has the family crying at its foot.
