This documentary shows the lives behind the friendly voices at the end of a "hotline". Although the work environment is fairly typical of many large corporations' call centre , the social aspect and background stories add a nice sparkle to this work.
A must watch for those who work or have worked in a call center with a distinctly multicultural mix of colleagues... and of course anyone curious to see what lies at the other end of the line ;)
