- Some females characters are hookers, who wear revealing wear. In the game you can flirt with and dance with he hookers, but there is no sex or nudity.
Violence & Gore

- Your player can do a lot of violent moves to pedestrians, mobsters and cops. There are lots of ways to do executions and a lot of different weapons, from a bat to a golf club; from a pistol to a tommy gun. Also your player can carry dynamite, Molotov and even bombs. Your player can even simply punch and kick as well. Et cetera.
- The game is pretty bloody, and very violent, so it's not recommended to people who are sensitive to a lot of blood and violence.
Profanity

- There's some racial slur, like "guinea".
- There's various uses of swearing, like "fuck", "shit", "godamn", etc.

- While the movie is more of a violent drama, the game is more action oriented since it's centered around the war of the five families which was offscreen in the film.
