- Chloe's wedding vow to Buck includes the phrase "to comfort you with my body".
- Hattie, in one scene, tries to seduce Ray, but he doesn't give in. Later, we learn that Hattie is pregnant with Nicolae's child.

- Several missiles are launched and destroy cities and buildings. Many people get sick by a poison/virus and some die from it.
- In the opening scene, it is implied that a man is shot in the head. Only minutes later, the president's motorcade is attacked and dozens of secret service agents are gunned down. An SUV explodes, presumably killing everyone inside.
- Several other people are shot (some repeatedly), and we see the bloody wounds.
- Necks are snapped and blood is shown on the victims' mouths.

Violence & Gore
- President Fitzhugh attempts to kill Nicolae by shooting him, he fails and is (supernaturally) thrown out of the window. At the End Fitzhugh tries again and sends a missile to blow up tbe building he and Nicolae are in.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The ending where Nicolae emerges from the wreckage of the GC Building and walks twords the camera may be upsetting to the audience (Especially at the fact this is after the main character died trying to kill him) and also considering this is how the Left Behind Trilogy ends, with the Villian triumphially surviving the attempt on his life.
