As a participant in the second Fangoria Blood Drive (released on DVD in 2005), filmmaker Jake Kennedy quickly made our watch list. As his career has blossomed over the past few years, Kennedy has now completed his second feature film, Penance. Fangoria is proud to be presenting a special screening of the film on May 30th as a part of our Midnite Madness series at The Fine Arts Theatre in Beverly Hills, California.
We recently caught up with Jake for a round of 13 Questions for Fango readers to get better aquainted.
Fangoria: What kind of educational background do you have? Jake Kennedy: I was educated in England and went to boarding schools from the age of 10. I then went to university and got a degree in Psychology and Cartography. Very handy!
Fangoria: I know you’ve got a history in the marketing/sales field, how does having that experience help you in the film industry?...
