Awesome Behind the Scenes!

I saw the movie Purgatory House at a film festival in Michigan, and I loved it!!!!!

I was so excited to get the DVD, and to discover all the AWESOME behind the scenes.

I totally recommend this DVD.

Learning about how the movie was created, made me appreciate Purgatory House so much more!

The bonus features are over 90 minutes long, and have a TON of behind the scenes footage and interviews...including Johnny Pacar and Devin Witt --who are SO HOT!

2 thumbs UP!!

Excellent production

Mr.Oaks shows great promise with this documentary.

It truly shows how much work the "kids" all did to 'make it happen'.

Celeste; A first time writer and actor at age 14, talks about various parts while 20+ "big sister" Cindy (director/producer) explains why it was made.

It also shows some of the current technology available to film makers today and encourages the viewer to become interested as well.

As part of the film's (Purgatory House) DVD this may be missed by many but definitely a needed portion.

The original film created such a powerful statement it deserves much more credit than the many awards it won throughout the 'film festival circuit' last year.

Check it out today!!

this documentary was just as good as the actual film. i love seeing how my favorite films come together, and this film gave just that. its amazing to see how much time and effort went into purgatory house. The music, special effects and even the duologue in this film were outstanding. seeing how all of these aspects came into play in purgatory house was exceptionally interesting!it was enjoyable to watch all of the interviews with cast and crew. as a person interested in film production, this documentary gave me everything i could have wished for. if you like purgatory house i recommend you see this movie!! you wont be disappointed!

Fun and inspirational

I've seen a lot of behind the scenes documentaries on the movie-making process. But how often you get to see a movie that was actually written by a fourteen year old girl? It shows the power of dreams and if you work hard toward those dreams that almost anything is possible. The documentary also shows the power of making a difference. I really am happy for their success and their hard work has paid off. Fear is a gift and it's exciting to see artists showing that side of them when often in behind the scenes they cover it up. We need more filmmakers like Cindy Baer providing us inspirational gifts. I'm looking forward to seeing more of her work. Thank you!
