- Some cleavage. Mira's first undisguised scene shows her emerging from a lake in a wet tunic (no see-through nudity is seen). Also, there is a possibly implied sex scene; nothing is shown beyond the characters simply kissing and embracing as they go to sleep together in a stable. (The ending of the movie implies that they later married.) The directors wanted to make this movie with a family-oriented theme as much as possible.

- High body count, nonstop action scenes; blood is seen on a sword at one point. Characters are shown being impaled by spears and other projectiles, and some minor characters are shown on fire.

- The British warlord wears a mask over his face; when removed, severe scars are seen. A man gets a finger cut off (offscreen), and another is branded.
