Happy and Lucky decide that without the immediate acquisition of a mobile phone, they will lose all respect and individuality in their class. When straight-forward attempts of raising funds through their parents fail, Lucky sells off all the junk and some expensive items in the house (which, of course, he thought was no more than junk) as antique-pieces and raise the money to buy the phone. But soon, his parents and Pico start missing all the 'junk' in the house and Lucky and Happy are left with a proposition which is much more difficult than selling junk to the junk-man - to buy back junk from the junk-man. How do they manage that?

Happy and Lucky find themselves in a chemistry class with a new teacher called Ramesh Bhai Chagan Bhai Thakur Bhai Kanchi Bhai Patel Junagarna Saurashtra Katiavadi, a character best suited in a comic book. Happy, tickled to behave his best, ends up pestering Mr. Ramesh Bhai. Happy when asked to bring in his parents, manages to convince the principal that his parents are out of town and in a fumbling spree, says that he will fetch his grandpa. Now facing the strenuous task of finding a non-existent grand pa, they start auditioning for the perfect actor. Happy and Lucky are at their wit's end with the auditions galore and they finally manage to find one - well almost. Will they manage to pull this one off? Watch the histrionics of Kurush Deboo (of Munnabhai fame as he plays the role of Ramesh BhaI.

Pico has to submit a moral science assignment on famous friendships and gets Lucky to give a story for the same. Lucky can only think of one 'famous' friendship - the friendship of Happy and Lucky!!. And goes back six years in time to narrate the story of two sworn enemies becoming the best of friends while combating a common enemy - Maneesha. Pico is impressed with the story, but draws a moral from it, which bewilders Happy and Lucky.

Happy and Lucky think they are the coolest dudes in town till they realize that they haven't been invited for the most happening do in town i.e, their arch enemy Maneesha's birthday party. The duo begin to feel a little left out as they feel their popularity is waning. After attempting a back door entry into the party, they decide the only way left is to apologies for their past doings to Maneesha. The internet is to be used as a medium so as to avoid directly confronting her and facing her wrath. They write a mail describing every prank they have played on her since kindergarten and apologizing for them. Happy sends the message when Lucky receives a courier containing an delayed invite to the party.

Happy has flunked in his Hindi exam. Lucky and Rick make fun of him. The Hindi teacher feels that Happy needs extra classes. Happy tries really hard to think of how he could escape attending these classes, but decides otherwise seeing Kiran Kashyap- his new teacher for 'extra' classes. In spite of continuous warnings from Lucky, Happy falls in love with Kiran. For once, there isn't much Lucky can do for Happy, except, watching from the fence. Happy has now set his heart on a game, where one seldom get a second chance.

No work, no money, but loads of time in hand to enjoy, for which, you need money again. To get out of this vicious circle, Happy and Lucky plan to take up jobs as pizza delivery boys, at a fast food joint in their neighborhood . With no such vacancy there, they settle for the next best thing - waiters. Happy with his experience and Lucky, his confidence, the duo set their first foot into the service industry and towards building the Happy Towers chain of hotels. The question here is 'how many unsuspecting feet they stamp, in the process?'

It's party-time for Happy and Lucky, when Happy's parents leave town for a few days to attend a wedding. But, their plans foil with Aadesh getting in Happy's grandmother. An orthodox, overtly religious, grumpy old woman, 'granny' makes life hell for Happy. Even Lucky and Gogo fail to rescue him. And just when Happy learns to accept things, fate throws another googly, in the form of a pornographic VCD that he gets home for his granny, mistaking it to be a religious one.
