Great Film!

This short film is so funny and refreshing. The adventures of girls named Barely and Halfway, two aptly named characters as they dangle on the fringe of life. Kelly Kursten's performance is wonderful. You really feel her pain in wanting to find love in the most desperate of manners, the lengths that we have all gone through, and the awkward embarrassing encounters that go hand in hand with the trials of dating. The scene with the cat is one of the funniest not-to-be missed moments in all of comedy. The endearing and memorable characters in the film are all true to life in what we encounter in Los Angeles. Particularly Mad TV's Bobby Lee who does a hilarious cameo as a goth rocker and Joey Diaz as the seedy amorous landlord. All women in LA should watch this film as it is just about true to life. The cast is top notch. I highly recommend watching this film.
