- Human fetuses in various stages of development are shown, occasionally up close. Often these fetuses are in the midst of being chopped or otherwise mutilated. At least two are clearly recognizable as human infants.
- An abortion is performed onscreen. Though no genitalia or graphic details are shown, we see something clearly sliding from the woman into a basin of water. Later the products of the abortion are seen very quickly, from a distance.
- A young girl lies on the street with blood running down her legs after a botched abortion.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- While there is little graphic violence onscreen, the film hinges on a deeply disturbing premise of cannibalizing human fetuses, which's discussed throughout, often in detail.
- A young girl is given a non-professional abortion with no anesthetic. She screams and grimaces in pain throughout the procedure.
