- In one scene, a male is shown wearing only an underwear. His bare body is clearly visible, and his genital area (covered) is seen from a short distance (~30 seconds).
- A brief scene takes place at Hooters. A couple of girls are seen in skimpy clothing.

- In an attempt to stop the runaway train, a man tries to attach locomotives onto the speeding train. After the unsuccessful attempt, they derail and explode, killing him.
- A man attempts to jump on another train, he slips and his foot get stuck. It apparently crushes his foot. We later see blood on his boots.
- There are several less violent, but very perilous scenes of men trying to stop a train going at an incredibly fast pace.
- One police car having accident (car rolling) while chasing the runaway train.
