The movie won an award before it was finished, "Guldbiggen" an award given out from Swedish cult-director Mats Helge Olsson. This award was also given out to Martin Munthe and Fred Anderson/Markus Widegren.
Ola Paulakoski wanted to name the film "Warwolf". Writer Jesper Pingo Lindström refused, and suggested "Jaws of Hanoi". Paulakoski named the fighter-jets in the film Warwolf instead.
