The quote "Let's get you out of those wet clothes, and into a dry martini" is from a 1937 Mae West film entitled "Every Day's a Holiday".
Le Chaim is Hebrew and means "To Life!" It is used in a similar fashion as "Salud!" or "cheers!" before taking a drink.
Even though the Unrated Version includes 9 min and 45 sec in 8 additional scenes all of the new scenes are plot scenes cut to shorten the film a bit. To reach the R-Rating no scenes had to be cut out.
