Simple yet very interesting
sysgod22 December 2005
Warning: Spoilers
A young woman called Mavi is forced to steal cars for spare parts on behalf of her boss Aksak, acted by Ugur Yucel, a master of acting. She is an outcast however with a good hearth and responsibilities.

Her older brother is a chronic gambler, divorced from her wife and with two children.

At an unexpected occasion she meets Cinar, the police detective investigating the mysterious stealing of cars. Cinar has trouble with his family life. Later the wife is caught cheating Cinar and they separate.

It seems that Cinar has some feelings developing for Mavi, and it seems that her boss, Aksak has some too...

An interesting story with simple plots, but with feeling, therefore touching the heart...

You see many facets of Turkish society in this series. The troubles of police officers, happenings from the daily life and how "middle class" and poor people are easily committed to crime.

Ozlem Duvencioglu, who acts Mavi, is a promising actress. I would like to see her in many other films in the future...

My second favourite dizi!!! Mavi&Cinar forever

Where to start from... just WOW and yes this is my second favourite dizi because my first favourite is Ikinci Bahar! This dizi was just amazing man. It was realistic and even their daily lives! I love the way Mavi thinks/ sees Turkey and how Cinar never gave up on her! Its hard to explain, you MUST watch it. They do not make dizi's like this anymore :( and the last time I saw Ozlem Duvencioglu play in another film was Parkmakliklar Ardinda and that was it... by the way Ugur Yucel is in this as well! Another star, a true legend. I will never get tired of watching this. I only have top 3 Turkish dizi's 1. Ikinci Bahar 2. Hirsiz Polis 3. Ekmek Teknesi. BESTT DIZIS EVERRR
