- Contains moderate violence and some blood in it, some of the characters uses finishers (similar to fatalities of Mortal Kombat) as there are some stabbing, incinerating, brutal beat downs but not gory.

- The game itself is one of Marvel's darkest games (Behind X-men origins: Wolverine game), also since the game revolves around an alien invasion, the main protagonist Paragon who was apart of an alien experiment with a tragic past and must get her revenge on the leader, Van Roekel.
- Some Imperfect origins may somewhat be disturbing.
- some characters appearances may look scary e.g. Venom, Hazmat, Brigade etc
- Captain America, Punisher and Hulk were either killed or missing during the opening of the game which may be unsettling for some fans.
- This game is not your typical friendly, fun loving marvel character since it's geared towards a dark and edgy atmosphere.
