This movie presents a few studies done that seem to contradict human induced global warming. While this information left me curious, other aspects of the film made me increasingly skeptical. First off, not a single proponent of global warming was interviewed or questioned about the above mentioned studies. Second, the film included many odd clips of scientists talking together or shaking hands in the background w/o saying or doing anything that contributed to their argument or the overall message of the film. I think this was simply to make them appear more human and believable but it detracted from the overall message by being really obvious filler. Third, they poo-pooed climate models w/o giving specific examples or any details. Any scientist will tell you that models are not 100% accurate. That does not mean they cannot be informative or that certain models don't predict a specific part of how the climate behaves w/in a reasonable degree of certainty. Scientists in almost all fields use models in at least one part of their job and I find it hard to believe that those scientists badmouthing models don't use them in some sort of limited scope...All in all, I think they would have done a better job elaborating on the few studies mentioned and interviewing some climate scientists that have found evidence of global warming and attempting to break their argument down.
