Frankly I was shocked such a movie can still be made in Germany today. OK, on the other hand movies like "Männer wie wir" which claim to be gay-friendly but on the other hand only try to market stereotypes and prejudice made it to German cinemas, too. Anyway, the TV movie "Andersrum" is about a straight man who because he grew up with to (stereotypical) gay men inherited all the stereotypical gay manners. He needs a straight man to help him get rid of those manners. "Andersrum" blatantly claims that to be gay means to be effeminate and weird and to be straight means to be the opposite. This is homophobic silliness and frankly I seriously question the mental health of the directors of this foul piece of trash, one of them a well-known German actor.
