- A middle aged man expresses intrest in a sexural relationship with a woman in one of the early levels of the game.
- It is implied that the main character "Stubbs" had sex with Maggie Monday in a black and white flashback seqence.
- There is also other sexural refrences between male and female characters thoughout the game, but there is however no sex or nudity at all.
Violence & Gore

- Enemies limbs, heads and torsos can all be ripped off.
- This is one of the goriest games of 2005, if not one of the goriest games of all time. Very large amounts of blood and brain matter spray everywhere when Stubbs or his fellow zombies eat the brains from humans.
- Both Humans and Zombies go flying with blood when hit by a moving vehicle.
- There is also gun violence with large amounts of blood when someone is hit.
