This is a typical ALF episode that uses the formula that made the show so good. Alf is out in the back yard and wanders too close to the gate, and without thinking says hi to Raquel as she is in her back yard. After laughing, you realize that he is in trouble now, because she is going to make sure everyone knows there's a creature on the lose in her neighborhood. The good thing is that no one believes her. When she goes on a local TV show to tell her story, ALF calls in. Anytime ALF uses the phone, you know it's going to be good. But no one believes her, and makes fun of her. ALF shows his heart and does a fake broadcast to prove to her she is not going crazy but keeps his secret safe. He does have a big heart (and nose) and shows it, while offering plenty of laughs.
