Is Rusty really Ronald?
pensman25 March 2017
Warning: Spoilers
Slick attorney Millard Austin tries to pass Rusty off as a lost heir to a wealthy family. He has some phony evidence and of course the grandmother wants to believe Rusty is Ronald Barrington her missing grandson.

The scam has hit a small hitch. Before Millard Austin can get the reward of $20,000, Lt. Masters and Sgt. Biff O'Hara discover that Millard Austin had the proof made up for him. Masters and O'Hara are heading out to get Rusty Back. Meanwhile Rusty discovers that Austin is planning to have his henchmen ambush Masters and O'Hara. But Rusty and Rinty ride to the rescue. Poor Mrs. Barrington is about to lose the money and grandson, but Rin Tin Tin again to the rescue with Masters, O'Hara, and Rusty right behind him.

Mrs. Barrington says while she would have loved to have kept Rusty with her, she knew from the beginning Rusty wasn't her grandson. Sorry, you will have to watch the episode to find out. But for Rusty it's back to Fort Apache and more adventures.

Morris Ankrum, Millard Austin here, had a long career playing cops and bad guys. He is probably remembered for playing a judge in some 20 episodes of Perry Mason.
