Oliver Gerling has come to the office to tell Leo Kress that he has been witness of the murder committed by Werner Lupin. Leo offers him witness protection, but Oliver doesn't accept the protection. At the office the girlfriend Tina Freeese has received a envelope with pictures of Oliver,somebody is following him. The next day the car of Oliver explodes, Oliver escaped from this explosion because he came back to the house to look for some maps, his mother Edith and his brother Berni were inside the car and died immediately. Then Oliver ccepts the police protection. Later the man who was taking the pictures is shot down. Besides somebody shot against Tina Freese, but she is safe. Bogdan Prohaska , an accomplice of Werner Lupin may be a suspect.
