You can't help but adore young Dick Kay Hong in this lighthearted episode, a return of Josephine Little who's trying to make legitimate business dealings and runs into trouble with the stern government official Ralph Bellamy who thinks that she's a smuggler and involved in other shady activities. When Stanwyck encounters young orphan Hong, she wants to get him a visa so he can go to the United States and get an education.
Both Stanwyck and Bellamy (reunited 30 years after the Capra film "Forbidden") seem resigned to the fact that Hong easily walks away with this episode. Hong is apparently no relation to James Hong who also appears in this episode. Beulah Quo steps in to part of Stanwyck's servant, no relation to the character that Anna May Wong played earlier. I love Stanwyck's glamorous look in this as well as her motherly feelings with young Hong who is just absolutely adorable and gets the stern Bellamy to come off somewhat human.
