When Jarrod load Marcie into the stage in the beginning, her dress gets caught in the stage door (though it is visible only for a frame or two, it is nonetheless noticeable). But in the next frames when the stage leaves, the dress is no longer sticking out and visible.
When arguing the injunction (technically ex parte & improper, though Jarrod does set out pushing for speed in making a decision, & not the decision itself), the Judge insists on taking his time & holding a full hearing. He then acknowledges what a delay risks the Barkleys. Neither Jarrod nor the Judge think to issue (or, in Jarrod's case, request to issue) a temporary injunction until such time as a decision is made & a permanent injunction issued (or not).
