The overhead pipe that Jaime hangs from to demonstrate her bionic abilities to Oscar appears to be considerably longer than the pipe she looks up at right before she jumps upwards to grab it.
In at least one of the wide-angle shots of Jaime blocking the darts with her bionic arm, there are no darts visible in her arm.
Matthews' watch-band changes from a turquoise-inlaid strap to a plain silver link-belt between the shots of him receiving the rolls of film from Lisa to checking his watch while they're at the bar.
When Jaime's plane takes off from the south-seas airport to fly her to Dulles, it is a medium-sized private jet, yet in the night-shot of it landing at Dulles, it is a regular full-size airliner, like a Boeing 737.
To open Dr. Courtney's safe, Jaime turns the combination-knob to the right, then to the left and then to the left again. Most safes open by always turning the knob in the opposite direction of the last turn.
Jaime holds her cigarette in her left hand and uses her right hand to turn the safe knob, so she could not have used her right hand to hold the hair back behind her bionic ear, as is shown in the closeups of her listening for the safe's "combination clicks". Obviously re-used footage of her right ear listening with her hand behind her ear. Then immediately after, while listening at the door, again a close-up shows her holding her hair behind her bionic ear, but is shown to have her arms at her sides at the door.
Jaime has two darts stuck in her bionic arm which should be pinning her jacket sleeve down. When she jumps up and hangs from the overhead pipe to prove her identity to Oscar and Russ, her sleeve should not be revealing her uncovered arm. Obviously a separate filmed shot of Lindsey hanging from the pipe without the darts attached. And she should not have needed to have jumped up to the pipe in the first place; simply showing Oscar the darts stuck in her arm should've been proof of her identity.
Steve and Jaime have hard-surfaced outer "shells" on their bionic limbs, so the darts would not have pierced Jaimes bionic arm and stuck there.
Oscar says he would rather not think about "there being two Oscar Goldmans", yet he has already had to deal with a robotic double of himself in Return of the Robot Maker (1975) (and of course, he then has to deal with yet another robotic double of himself in the future "Kill Oscar" episodes, in which there are again "two Oscars" when Dr. Frankin builds a robotic double of Oscar).
