The number of rear tires on the truck changes as it drives, going from 2 rear tires to 4. After it loses the left rear wheel when it overturns all 4 rear wheels are on it.
When the convertible the girls are in crashes under the tanker, it is shown to have gone in all the way under the tanker to the rear of the car doors. In subsequent shots, it is not as far under the tanker since we can see the girls sitting up and it is in the same position when Ponch opens the passenger door.
