It is Parent's Day at the camp, but heavy rain has kept everyone away and ruined the decorations and food. The campers have been sent to a triple-feature movie set up in camp. The men try to pass the time while it continues to rain. Doc discovers the whistling sound in Cmdr. Wivenhoe's stomach is actually a whistle. Mahala May informs the men that she's turned Wivenhoe into the National Commissioner of Camps for working them so hard. She says it unintentionally resulted in having the license revoked and the camp shut down. The court's inquiry board is to meet in Camp Divine's dining hall. The men go to find it is actually a surprise birthday party for Wivenhoe where they all play cards. When the sun suddenly comes out, the men scramble to prepare the camp for the parent's arrival. Another storm moves in, however, and the game is back on. But, the parents of Norton Radibble arrive anyway. Unprepared, everyone sits bored (boring the viewer as well). A tour proves equally boring. Can anything break the boredom?
A second consecutive episode consisting of waiting out rain. Underwhelming effort that leaves the viewer as bored as the characters on screen.
