Cannon tells silver-haired Lt. Tarcher, played by Charles Bateman, that he has known that kid (referring to Anne Francis's character) since she needed two hands to hold a popsicle. Mr. Bateman was born two months after Ms. Francis.
This type of frame-up was used in one of the first Cannon stories in Dead Pigeon (1971).
