"The Doll" is an extremely entertaining and well scripted episode of the second series, directed by "Curb" regular Robert B. Weide. With Larry causing mayhem in the most cringe-worthy fashion, this mid-season episode deserved to be the season finale.
There's more than a little of Larry David in me and I can't help but empathise with his plight in some episodes. In "The Doll", his inability to see the possible consequences of his actions is both amusing and painful (in a good way).
The cast are as excellent as ever and they make even the most far-fetched scenes seem believable. The "fly on the wall" experience of watching "Curb" is comedy heaven.
10 out of 10. Without a doubt, "Curb" is the best comedy show in production today. Long may it continue.
