  Elisha Tully : Those are mighty high sounding and respectful words, Boone, but words are not going to put food in our bellies.

  Daniel Boone : Well, you can't put hope in a frying pan, but that's gonna be our main staple for quite awhile.

• Daniel Boone : If you let fear turn to hate, then there's no hope for us!

  Elisha Tully : Alright, then let's stick together. Tomorrow, let's all of us leave Boonesborough and head south.

  Daniel Boone : And leave everything we worked for?

  Elisha Tully : Working for something is one thing, dying for it is another.
