Paddenberg is an excellent episode of the Derrick serie, because it's a quite original crime story.Usually Derrick and Harry Klein deal with robbers who escape from prison, family members who kill for an inheritance, swidlers who betray lone ladies, etc. Some words about the story: two German men who have been detenees in a prisoners of war camp in 1946 meet again in Munich, they share a secret (one managed to escape from camp and disappeared for some years). I enjoyed very much this film for the brilliant performance of Anaid Iplicjian as Irene Hofer, the wife of Hofer and of Peter Pasetti as Oswald Paddenberg.
