One of the better episodes

One of the better episodes of the series. Well plotted, paced, tightly written and reasonably suspenseful. The acting by the guest stars didn't get in the way for a change.

Warning: Spoilers
Definitely much suspense in this episode, with the action set on a flight to Zurich. Incidentally, there was stock footage of Zurich at the end, although I'm not sure if it really was Zurich or some other European city. Anyway, it turns out the two irritating passengers (the obsessive drinker and the French obsessive smoker) help Mark and Amanda save the lives of all on board. When Mark and Co broke desperately broke into the cockpit to restrain the rogue pilot, it sent chills up my spine and brought back memories of the unforgettable final scene in United 93 directed by Paul Greengrass.
